We get in their own way. We create behaviours, stories and drama to protect ourselves. We can consume a whole life time distracted. Never fully engaging with who we really are or fulfilling our truest and fullest potential. We catch glimpses from time to time, in rare moments of vulnerability and hope. Then the armour represents and the moment is lost.

Getting out the story and building a sustainable whole-hearted life takes courage and often we don't see what's clearly in front of our face so taking the steps we need can be like wading through treacle.

How Can Coaching Help?

Coaching is a tool that unlocks potential, facilitates growth and supports development in any area of your life. If brings accountability and focus to changes you are ready to make.

Coaching holds up a mirror and reflects back insight into your behaviour patterns and thought processes. Through powerful questioning blocks, barriers and confusion unravel to provide clarity of thought and action.

What is a Coaching Sessions Like?

Each coaching session lasts 60 mins.

Generally you will commit to a minimum of 3 months coaching but best results are achieved from 6 months to a year.

I don’t use a prescribed format or model, but tailor my coaching sessions to your needs. I don’t tell you what to do, I ask you powerful questions that prompt a deeper insight.
