I really enjoyed the Yoga Immersion Moving beyond Stress and Anxiety. I'm a counsellor/psychotherapist so I'm pretty familiar with how too much stress can negatively impact our bodies and minds. However what your workshop gave me was a much deeper understanding of how yoga can be such a powerful ally in managing stress. Your teaching style is inclusive, informative, fun and feels grounded in many years of experience. Since the workshop I've felt much more able to let my body choose more restorative poses when I'm feeling stressed or anxious rather than feeling I need to always push it into more challenging ones.
